Common problems and solutions for wiper blades

1. There is a water band after scraping

Reasons and countermeasures :

1. The rocker arm pressure is not enough. Choose a wiper with a shorter size.
2. The wiper structure is damaged ( the movable part of the wiper blade is stuck,

the inner shrapnel of the rubber strip is deformed ); straighten the rubber inner shrapnel or replace the wiper.

1. The wiper rubber is worn and replaces the wiper rubber or wiper blade.
2. There are stains and dust attached to the adhesive strip.

Wipe back and forth with a wet towel to clean the rubber knife edge.

2. Fuzzy and waterline stripes

Reasons and countermeasures :

1. Improper installation, removal, and re-installation: the wiper and the wiper arm should rotate flexibly.
2. The wiper rubber is worn and replaces the wiper rubber or wiper.
3. The shrapnel on the inner side of the rubber is deformed, straighten the shrapnel on the inner side of the rubber or replace the wiper.
4. Dirty glass to remove dirt on the surface of the glass.
5. There are stains and dust attached to the rubber. Wipe back and forth with a wet towel to clean the rubber blade.
6. Fine water droplets shape

Reasons and countermeasures :

1. Car wax, oil stains, or silicide stick to the windshield to remove the adhesions on the surface of the glass.
2. Silicone wiper rubber caused by the wiper rubber itself is normal.
3. Kata or other noises

Reasons and countermeasures :

1. After the movable part of the wiper blade is stuck and disassembled, check whether there is any foreign matter in the connecting part of the wiper blade and the wiper arm.

If there is foreign matter, remove the foreign matter. If the structure is damaged, replace the wiper blade.

1. The glass is waxy. Remove the wax on the glass.
2. The wiper rubber is aging or the structure design is unreasonable. Replace the wiper rubber or wiper.
3. The angle of the wiper arm and the glass is unreasonable, the brush head and the arm rod are not flexible, adjust the wiper arm to a suitable angle or replace the wiper.
4. The wiper arm output shaft gap is loose and replaces the wiper arm or wiper connecting rod.
5. There is fog on the glass

Reasons and countermeasures :

1. Pressure dirt or car wax on the surface of the glass and rubber strips; remove dirt or car wax on the glass and wiper rubber.
2. The wiper rubber is worn out. Replace the wiper rubber or wiper blade.

C.The wiper rubber is too soft ( the hardness is too small ). Replace the wiper rubber or wiper blade, or choose a longer wiper blade.
